Nicole & Peter Callis
Chef Peter brings 20+ years of culinary expertise from East Bay fine dining restaurants such as Garibaldis, Chez Panisse, Buccis.
He led culinary operations on corporate campuses for hundreds of Googlers and served with various East Bay nonprofits feeding hundreds of diverse community members.
Nicole brings 20+ years of hospitality and service expertise. With a Bachelors in Social Work, Nicole is passionate about including everyone around the table. She is an experienced catering & partnership manager, supervising large food service operations, people and projects in both nonprofit and value aligned businesses.
